Bakermat is the stage name of Dutch electronic music producer and DJ Lodewijk Fluttert. Known for his uplifting house music that blends smooth saxophone, guitar, and influences from soul, gospel, and disco, he is considered an early influence on the tropical house and melodic house movements of the mid-2010s. After launching his career in 2012 with tracks such as "Vandaag," Bakermat gained international recognition when "One Day (Vandaag)" became a major European hit in 2014.
